About the Organization

Krishnavi Charitable Trust, established in 2023 under the Indian Trust Act, 1882, is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving lives through enhanced access to healthcare, education, and livelihood opportunities. The Trust focuses on working with underserved communities to promote preventive health practices, expand access to essential services, and create sustainable pathways toward self-reliance.

The organization is committed to advancing inclusive and sustainable development through targeted interventions across healthcare, education, and livelihood generation. Its initiatives are designed to strengthen community awareness, improve access to quality healthcare services, and encourage preventive health behaviors—particularly among vulnerable and marginalized populations.

Krishnavi Charitable Trust actively engages with economically and socially disadvantaged groups, including women, youth, farmers, artisans, and the elderly. A strong emphasis is placed on capacity building, skill development, and social entrepreneurship to enable long-term socio-economic empowerment and independence.

Through community-driven approaches and strategic partnerships, the Trust works to complement government initiatives in public health, skill development, and social welfare. Core Objectives

• Healthcare & Preventive Care:
  Promote awareness on preventive healthcare, hygiene, and early detection of diseases, including non-communicable diseases such as cancer.
• Medical Support & Assistance:
  Facilitate access to medical consultations and extend financial assistance for treatment (as per eligibility), especially for economically weaker sections.
• Health Awareness & Capacity Building:
  Organize community outreach and digital awareness programs on various health issues, including training on advancements in medical science and modern treatment procedures.
• Skill Development & Livelihood Promotion:
  Establish and manage community colleges and training centres to provide job-oriented and self-employment skills, particularly for women and youth in rural and urban areas.
• Support to Vulnerable Groups:
  Provide social and economic support to the elderly (including assistance with old age welfare schemes) and extend support to marginalized communities such as farmers, artisans, and landless individuals.
• To set up Out Patient Department, Clinic, Medical facilities to provide health care to public at large
• Community Development & Public Utility:
  Undertake initiatives that contribute to overall community welfare, including education, awareness campaigns, and promotion of social entrepreneurship.
• The education of any person or persons in matters related to health or health services and disability support services within the communities of the Defined Area.
• To promote the women employment by increasing their participation in skill training facilities
• To establish a chain of skill, transfer which helps in breaking the vicious circle of poverty
• To provide Vocational training to rural women.
• To promote, organize, support and maintain economic activities for the relief to the marginalized community, especially the women and the differently-abled, small and marginal farmers, indigent artisans or senior citizens
