Altamas is a twelve-year-old child whose life has been deeply impacted by chronic kidney disease. Since 22 February 2025, his days have revolved not around school, friends, or play, but around frequent hospital visits and life-sustaining dialysis sessions. At an age meant for dreams and discovery, Altamas is instead fighting a battle for survival. For him and his family, each day brings a mix of resilience, uncertainty, and hope for a healthier future.

The physical toll is immense, but the emotional burden on his family is equally heavy. Aman lost his father at a young age. Since then, his widowed mother and sisters have carried the responsibility of holding the family together.
