Visit our Programs page for details.

Community members in our target areas are identified through our field teams, local panchayat partnerships, and government referrals. Individuals may also walk in to our office or call our helpline during working hours. There is no fee to participate in any of our programs.

CSR & Corporate Partnerships

Yes. Krishnavi Foundation is approved as an implementing NGO for CSR activities under Schedule VII of the Companies Act 2013. We offer tailored CSR partnerships including education drives, healthcare camps, skill development, and green initiatives. Our team will prepare a customised impact proposal aligned to your CSR policy.

We provide a complete compliance package including: MOU/agreement, utilisation certificate, photographic and video documentation of activities, beneficiary data, audited expenditure statement, and an impact report. Our CFO is available for direct calls with your company's CSR committee or auditors.

Our branding guidelines ensure all materials are tasteful and community-appropriate. Discuss specifics with our partnerships team at info@krishnavi.org.

There is no legally mandated minimum for choosing us as your implementation partner. However, for project-based engagements we typically recommend a minimum of ₹5 lakh to ensure a meaningful and measurable program. Smaller contributions are welcome under our general CSR fund and will be used across priority programs.

Transparency & Governance

We publish an Annual Report every year that details our income, expenditure, program activities, and impact metrics. All annual reports from 2018 onwards are freely available on our Documents page. We also share quarterly impact updates via our newsletter.

Yes. Our accounts are audited annually by an independent Chartered Accountant and the audited financial statements are filed with the Income Tax Department and the Registrar of Societies. Copies are available upon written request.

We aim to keep our administrative overhead below 15% of total expenditure, meaning at least 85 paise in every rupee donated goes directly to program activities. Exact figures are disclosed in our annual audited statements.

We take data privacy seriously. Beneficiary information is collected only with informed consent, stored securely, and never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Our data practices comply with applicable Indian privacy laws and our internal data protection policy, a copy of which is available on request.
